He arrived on time, was pleasant and hard-working, and even educated us about the different types of carpets and machinery to clean them. This company was well worth the money and it was interesting to hear all the famous people and companies that trust his company’s work. It’s a pleasure to support a family business in town and we are totally happy with the great job that he did. Elite Carpet Care did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. They were professional, punctual, and very thorough. Our carpet look and smell fresh, and several stains that we thought were permanent are completely gone. The technician was friendly, explained the process clearly, and took great care of our home. The pricing was fair, and the results exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use Elite Carpet Care again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning services.
