I had to call Econo West in regards to our ac not turning on.
Upon arrival, the technician Cody, was able to come out and assess what was happening to our unit within in a timely matter.
He was efficient, extremely knowledge and did his due diligence in making sure my husband and I understood exactly what was happening to our unit.
Cody gave us multiple repair options and together we were able to come to an affordable solution.
Codys dedication to his job and customers show immensely.
Needless to say we will be using Econo-West in the future and recommending them to family and friends.

First time customer. We had water seeping up through flooring next to A/C closet. I called on a Saturday of long holiday weekend and they sent Cody out within a couple of hours! He found the leak in the condensate line ( in the wall! ), repiped and repaired with minimal wall removal in the A/C closet. Finished in no time flat and cleaned floors after. Highly recommend and will use again!
Had 3 different ac companies,,come to house to fix broken ac unit…Econ west was the only one of the 3 that just fixed the unit with some new parts,,,,the other ac companies just wanted just to sell me a new expensive unit..quotes from,, $ 12,000 to 18,000 ,,yes dollars..Thank you Cody for repairing our unit,,,he had ac unit running like brand new,, the same day I called in for an appointment ,,new parts and labor only $ 2,700….Cody is a true ac repair man,,not a sales person…….thanks !
