The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered my glasses yesterday and can't wait for them to come in. The staff there makes it such an easy process to go through when ordering glasses or contact lenses.
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen an optometrist, and for the first time ever I’ve gotten some clarity on my eye condition. Looking forward to coming back and finding out more. Really nice and knowledgeable doctor. One thing I have to say that I appreciate is that he explains things with clarity and has patience to listen. I definitely recommend going there if possible.
I came in with a prescription for glasses for my son, so I didn’t get to meet the doctor, but his staff was so great, i can only imagine he is as kind as his staff!! The front office staff were so kind and the Optical Technician, Giselle, absolutely helpful and very patient. My son is non verbal and she was great with him. The efficiency of the office is very good, i was in and out of the office in under 30 mins. My husband and i have decided to switch to this Dr Israel’s office for our following eye exam.
