First time customer: Arrived at Desert Lock door at 4:47 PM, unaware of operational hours they closed at 4:30 PM. As I walked back to my vehicle, someone in a white van l called out to me. Of course, I know better than to speak to strangers in vans (LOL), but the van belonged to Desert Lock, so I approached as he backed the van up and parked. A gentleman asked if he could help, and I shared my quest for obtaining a specific mailbox latch. He immediately informed me he didn't carry the latch in the store but spent time digging around in the van to check spare parts. I have used them several times in the past. The only locksmith I use. Unfortunately this time my issue was un able to be resolved. Will still recommend them and will continue to use them when needed. I give them 5stars
