I had my rear window smashed. I called this guy to ask for a quote and told him what kind of car it was. He said he would need to travel to my house to see if the glass is American or Japanese. I told him if the car is a Honda WHERE do he think it came from? its Japanese. I then told him it does NOT matter where the glass came from and both Japanese glass and American glass would work. It doesn't have to be glass from the actual country of origin. He then says he needs to check the warehouse to see if he has the glass in stock and he would call me back. He NEVER called back not like I would have wanted him too anyway. If any place say they need to come by to check where a specific part on your car originates to determine if they have it or they have to "order it from the country" There is a high chance that they are about to rip you off on price. They will claim that they have to order it and that its a rare part that only can be bought from the country it came from, BS! if someone says this to you, automatically go with another choice. When I corrected him he suddenly became spooked realizing he wasnt dealing with a person that doesnt know any about cars, you cant pull a fast one on a person who used to work on cars. I dont not recommend this guy. Buyer beware.

Horrible place! First the rear view mirror fell off the new windshield because they had used the wrong adhesive my husband went to the auto suppy store and bought the proper one and replaced it then after it was securely on and had been a few days I got in the car reached up and adjusted the mirror and a whole chunk of winshield came off with the mirror! My husband looked at the mirror and couldn't figure out how they jerked it off when replacing the windshield but it was so thight it would not swivel..called and told them about it and they said I pulled too hard and broke the chunk out. I am a 71 year old woman and trust me not enought strength to pull the morror so hard it would break the glass. We took it back to the guy who had told my husband on first visit he was an honest guy and if anything was wrong he would fix it-WRONG! He would not replace window because I did not know how to adjust the mirror correctly-right because I just started driving LOL. Do not use this facility they do not stand behind their work and now we have to go find a new windshield!
