About 4 weeks ago me and my sibling went to get pierced together. At the time, they had a younger piercer who did well enough, and that was that. He said we could go back in for shorter jewelry bars if needed. We went back yesterday, and he was no longer there, which was not the issue. The receptionist, about early 30s, greeted us awkwardly and was unprofessional in his manners and communication skills. We said what we wanted which he had trouble understanding, so he had to have the new piercer to work with us instead. We went back with the piercer, and for some reason, he followed. Got an eyebrow piercing from James, it went very smoothly. He checked to make sure that I had the right anatomy for the piercing and checked to see if I had any veins in the way. He was very thorough and it went great!

I’ve always had a great experience with Alex, the piercer. I’ve been here four times and I’ve never seen disappointed. I’ve got my bridge, septum, nose, and belly pierced .They’ve always healed beautifully, and the jewelry has never looked unflattering!!!
