My technician Mike was very kind and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions, a true professional. I could not afford to get me 20year old AC unit replaced but he found a way to get it running in the meantime. The Artic Air team gave me options for replacement next time. As soon as I am able to get it replaced I am choosing Artic air.🙂
On January 2, 2026, Arctic Air installed a new hvac unit in our Tehachapi home.
From the install date until today, i have been very impressed with the technicians at Arctic Air.
We live in an old house that presented a few issues after our install.
We have been so happy to have so many amazing techs help us with our unit. At every visit, the techs were great at listening to our concerns, and then working to fix those issues.

I highly recommend Artic Air. Had a tune up for our heater before the winter comes. Got the yearly maintenance plan for $99, it includes tune up for the heater and air conditioner for the year. My technician was down to earth and professional.
