I highly recommend Artic Air. Had a tune up for our heater before the winter comes. Got the yearly maintenance plan for $99, it includes tune up for the heater and air conditioner for the year. My technician was down to earth and professional.
Arctic Air is by far the best AC replacement/service business I’ve encountered in a very long time. All around great customer service. They really care and it shows. Charlie was able to move my appointment up to the same day I called, was on time, easy to talk to, and helpful. He showed me multiple quotes and didn’t try to upsell. I have needed to replace this AC for years, but never felt I was getting a fair quote. Not with Arctic Air. Not only did I finally feel I was being quoted a fair price but he was able to install the very next day. I highly recommend this business.
