Terrible customer service! Wow!
Called to ask a few questions, front desk “Margaret” I’ll call her, was very rude in her tone and not the friendliest when trying to ask questions. Won’t be calling you again because you seem to have been inconvenience just by answering the phone.

First off I’d give no stars if that was an option. Where do I even start. The women in the office are rude and are not very organized. Unfortunately I have them for my warranty on my roof as I bought it a few months after a new roof was put on by them. I recently had a new air conditioning unit mounted on the roof and needed them to patch around it. I emailed them a week in advance to facilitate a quick patch. Corey (what a joke of a person he is) came out on a Thursday 6/20 and said he’d have guys out on Monday 6/24. That didn’t happen.
