Awesome staff! Very professional, friendly, and go above and beyond. Travis is absolutely amazing and really helped me when my SI joint went out. I highly recommend them for Chiropractic care!

Not only is Dr. Massari one of the most genuine and caring doctors I've ever met, but he is also very good at what he does! I wish more doctors in the AV had his level of expertise and professionalism.

Went to this Lancaster, CA AIM facility. I am disabled and found this facility lacking in fundamental handicapped elements. There is no handicapped parking anywhere in the complex. In the restroom, when I went to use the handicap grab bar for support, IT CAME OFF THE WALL IN MY HAND! This scared the beejeebus out of me. When I told the receptionist what happened, she said she "tried to fix it but little screws don't stay." So this was a known issue! I do not recommend this facility for anyone who has physical handicaps.
