Office experience was good even though we had to wait almost two hours just to get seen but overall wry helpfull

This was my first time coming, I rate it a 10/10. I brought my daughter here because she has a bad cough and she's only 5 months, her main dr recommended me to bring her here be she was fully booked and couldn't see me and I'm satisfied. The nurses and the dr were so nice and so professional, none of them were rude to me at all. They took me in literally in 3 minuets. Only thing is I came when they were on lunch on 3 but I didn't mind the wait because my daughter needed to be seen and get medication so it was WORTH IT.

Poor poor patient service. I called with my insurance company to check that they accepted my insurance and called myself to check the hours. Only to get there by 5 pm from across town 2 hrs before they even close. Only to be denied service and turned away! When I called your team should’ve said they weren’t taking anymore and it was crazy to hear the provider yelling that they weren’t taking anymore and to go to the other office another 45 mins from this one.
Updated response/reply: When I walked into your office, went to the desk the girl asked "do you need something" not a hello or can I help you... let's start there! I said I wanted to check in, and she replied with a confused "oooh" let me see, asked who I assumed was the doctor and she came back and said we aren't taking any more people" I was never told a number AT ALL and if yelling from the back office that I could go to another office that was NOT nearby is providing me assistance/options your team needs to revisit what customer service is.

Worse place ever first off they never answer the phone and second they don’t care if you need your medication they won’t help you there do yourself a favor find a new provider

If I could give one star I would. This place doesn’t deserve a single star. I went in for my 10 year old son who has been sick for a week. After being checked in (verified insurance etc) we were finally called in after almost an hr of waitjng to get his vitals done. Soon after we were placed in room #1. After 30 minutes of just sitting in the room the front desk lady comes in and says that I currently have two co payments that was never charged to Me in 2019 that would need to be collected today in order for my son to be seen. She made it clear to me that it was a “clerical mistake” that’s why I was never charged those two times back in 2019. I explained to her I don’t have the $80. And questioned how that was my problem for a mistake that was made by the office. I asked if she was denying me service for my son and she repeatedly said “no we are not allowed to deny service “ but I continued and repeated how that’s denying me service because I cannot pay that $80 clerical mistake. I didn’t just have $80 laying around. At the end of that all, my 10 year old son was denied service because I refused to pay for their clerical mistake.

If there is less than a 1 star I'll give them. Today I had appointment with them at 6 pm. I did arrived at 5:50 waiting tell 6:35 pm then the receptionist told me that they didn't accept my health group plan. They did accept the insurance but not the group after 45 min of waiting. By the way I got their information through my health insurance I doubt that he was right.

My first and last time there. I wasn’t attended, yet a chart was created.They were out for lunch until 3:15. They do not have their doors opened during that time.I walked out to wait in my car at 2:30. By 3:00, they already had a long line formed outside of their door.They do NOT perform X-rays here.

Shitty customer service, they WILL make you wait hours for a service they tell you they provide, and will then refuse it after you've waited. If you're lucky enough, Kenia Watkins will do the honors of giving major attitude, and starting an argument with you, attacking her own client and threaten to call cps over a medical issue you're seeking help for :3 extremely unprofessional. Only go here if you're in the mood for something scary this Halloween because they'll show you what hell is like!
