I have been going to nail pro for 10 years and I've never had a bad experience. I would recommend Nail pros to anyone. A special shout out to my favorite girl Vivian who has waxed my eyebrows forever!!! She has also done my nails and she is excellent!! HIGHLY recommend her for all your spa needs.Services: Pedicure

2 stars for the 2 years I've gone there. Unfortunately I will never come back. Went in as a walk in. No one was waiting but all nail techs were busy. Finally a nail tech was free but went to another woman while getting her pedi. I was fine with that. Twenty minutes later two women walk in. Once a nail tech was free they took them first. They probably had appointments. So again I was fine with it. Then two more nail techs were free and I thought I'd be called but nope. Just straight to those two ladies without saying a word to me. I could've asked about why they couldn't get to me but they also could've told me how long I had to wait and maybe apologize and be honest. But nope. I was trying to be patient and understanding but Eventually I just thought to myself that if these people don't care about my time at all, at least not to even say a word of truly how long I'd wait then it's better to take my business somewhere else. I got up and just walked off. They said as I walked out that "you're next." I already waited long enough. Loved going there but I didn't like that experience. Just keep your customers updated and be truthful. I really just kept thinking "yay, it's my turn," the four times a nail tech was done. That wasn't fun.

went in to get my eyebrows waxed. the waxing lady made rude comments on my fuzzy cheeks that I didn't appreciate. she made my eyebrows uneven, and didn't pluck the stray hairs left behind after. I had to finish the job at home! And on top of all that she had the audacity to put me on the spot and ask for a tip when she didn't even do a good job. will not be going back there
