Omg!!!!!! Norma is amazing!!!!! Came to check out the wands. Fell in LOVE with how she styled my hair! Never tried extensions or even considered but she showed me how easy it is to use, no damage to your hair, offered to show me and SOLD. I've never seen my hair like this....I'm in love!!!!

Bella inCentury City Macy's spent a half hour with me patiently showing me over and over again how to do beach waves on the flat iron. It looked amazing. She also sold one to the woman who was learning from her next to me. She multitasked between us both in a busy Sunday never once tiring while I tried to get it. Her own hair was so perfect and shiny and glossy which she attributed to the serum (which I love). I couldn't believe my hair which needs a trim badly- it was like new hair!!! I'm going to come back and buy three irons ( 2 for gifts and 1 for me) and Bella is the reason!

I was in a hurry and walked up to the kiosk to inquire if they carried pony tail extensions. The young lady politely said they did not but carried something better. Human hair extensions not the synthetic pony tail extension I was looking for...Anyways, the girl showed me the variety of extensions they carried and I quickly decided on getting the 18 inch dark brown extension clip ons. She showed me how to put on the extensions step by step and even styled my hair which was a plus! The ladies name was Norma, and she totally saved the day! I am so grateful for her helping me out. Now all I have to do is go home and get dressed up. ...they also do make up by appointment!... read full review
