Edwin is a total liar! First of all, he told my employee that he was the Warehouse Manager, when I questioned him later he admitted he was not. Second, we wanted to purchase a 16 SEER package 5-ton air conditioner from their company and when I asked him two times if it is a 16 SEER unit he informed me both times that it was. I then told him that the model number that he gave us is NOT a 16 SEER. He then admitted that it is not a true 16 SEER but only a 14 SEER unit. What a scam! I hope that his managers read this because they are going to have a major law suit if this continues.
