The guy showed up barely speaking English, carrying a few ancient tools that he never even used. Instead of diagnosing anything, he just stood there while I explained everything I had already tried. I called this pool service for help with a pool repair and asked the person's name so I could address him by name. He was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could even ask what services his company offers. When I called back to see if perhaps the connection had been lost accidentally he was extremely rude again and hung up on me.
