Use many times quotes or easily get on but sometimes there's complications with things which were easily solved by this master charge a little more but it still works While the other guy just messed it up He got into it old house old locks not too many people who can deal with them anymore but he can And it was in the middle of the night got a cabin we haven't been to in a while

I'm grateful for the service that Rick provided to re-key my home's door locks. I gave him a large amount of locks to work on and some of them were real challenges, either because of their degraded state from weathering / debris or because the doors were out of alignment. His calmness and positive outlook throughout the day while he worked hard on all of the locks was much appreciated. He took time to explain, offer options, and answer questions and to make sure that he was leaving everything in the best state possible for me, which I greatly appreciated. Exceptional service, 24/7. I had an emergency with a lock. Owner graciously walked me thru handling the issue myself so that everything was fixed immediately. I could not have asked for more. Almost 9 pm and the business answered and assisted with servicing the security needs of my home. Thank you for the professionalism. Very much appreciated.Services: Security door locks
