These guys were very nice. I called ahead and made an appointment so they got me in right away. They didn't try to upsale me to get extra services. The price was comparable to what I would pay at a drive thru lube place which is more than I can say for other shops in the same area. I will be returning in the future and I recommend this shop.Service: Oil change

Transcend Automotive is the best Auto Shop in the Kern River Valley! Jade the owner & lead technician is a genius & is very professional! As for the rest of his mechanics they are all great, professional, polite, & honest at what they do & always with the customer in mind!! Jerry the service writer at the office desk is the first one you'll usually see first and last! He helps to make sure the business runs smoothly, the customer's are always put first and has the best customer service! Jerry also went to automotive technical school so he knows vehicles very well just like the mechanics in the shop! I have brought both of my vehicles to them. The most recent being my truck for code issues and front end work. The code issue was loose wiring and I don't think they even charged me for that. I can say that they do excellent work Jerry is awesome too.
