They always made paying my bill easy. When I moved and no longer needed their service; they were the only company to send me refund without a fight. All the other companies I had to fight with them over my refund. Thank you Thomas Refuse for being a great and honest company.
Called to schedule a regular maintenance pump for my septic tank and Todd and Brandon arrived and provided excellent customer service in a timely manner with humor and professionalism. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys and told their office member that I wanted to COMPLIMENT them on exceeding my expectations with their service and that they deserve a thanks from the manager for representing their company in such a positive manner!
As a manager of five vacation rental properties here in Kernville, it is important o be able to count on your service companies. Thomas Refuse and their employees did a marvelous job getting one of our vacation cabins back in business after an interruption due to a septic fail.
