Very happy with the service we received here. Second time here, got my nose and second earrings pierced by Christian. He is so quick and made the process so easy and less nerve wracking for me (I have high anxiety). I’ve had my nose pierced twice before somewhere else and Christian was a lot more gentle than I’ve experienced with other piercers.

I called in just before closing one evening randomly because a mid-healing piercing of mine fell out and I couldn't get it back in. I'm new to the area and didn't know anyone local personally. I called around to like 3 other places before who said they couldn't help before I tried True at Heart. When I got there it was clear they were winding down for the night but they were still so warm and welcoming. The person who helped me (I'm terrible with names but I think it was Aaron?) was super friendly and had a very gentle touch. The salon was clean and spacious. I would definitely go back/ recommend this place for piercings!

The shop is a whole vibe! Loved it! Super clean place. Restrooms were super clean too! Allen was exceptional! He did some really cute butterfly’s on my wrist and was super thorough in helping me plan my up coming art. Can’t wait to go back.
