Went to this groomer a few times. Likes to raise prices an hour AFTER you drop off your pet. She should be communicative at the actual drop off. She does not have an actual grooming salon but grooms out of her apartment. Seems like she has an attitude problem/moody issues. I was not pleased and she made me come pick up my dog half SHAVED. My dog was traumatized. Do not use this groomer. She is not professional at all!

Unfortunately, I had a very upsetting experience with Chloe. After the grooming appointment, my dog was limping and clearly in pain for over a week. It was heartbreaking to see him suffer like that, and no accountability was taken.
I also have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business — it appears that Chloe may not have the required grooming permits or licenses to legally operate in Orange County, especially from a private residence.
GOING TO REPORT HER ILLEGAL OPERATION.

Chloe has been wonderful with our pup. Since I'm a first time dog parent, it took a few times to figure out what kind of haircut we liked and she's perfect!
