I had ordered a large honey comb window shade for bedroom. A few days after it was installed, the pull cord became stuck and would not raise or lower the shade. Someone from the store came out a few days later. -and determined the problem. A new shade was ordered with no charge to me. The installer was quick and efficient and the shade works great!
