Brought my female 3 year old citrus dragon in to get her very first exam and sexing. Kind welcoming staff from moment I walked in as new patient to meeting the vet tech and vet herself. Clean professional atmosphere and family vet feel. Did not upsell me or tell me any mandatory surprise fees. Will definitely come back.

The vet was a bit of a snob. I forgot his name but it’s the old white dude. I overheard him complain about how annoying it was that patients expected him to review the animal’s file prior to meeting with them…which sounds like a pretty basic thing. I had blood test done for my pet and it’s been a week and the doctor has still not reviewed the results so i still don’t know if there’s anything wrong… it’s like he can’t be bothered to care.

I brought in my parakeet l as an urgent care patient because my bird fell in his cage and he seemed disoriented after the fall. I didn't know if he had a heart attack or hurt his foot. They took Paco back immediately. The doctor had good news saying Paco is doing fine. Just a little wobbly from the fall. The doctor said she will give some pain medicine and Metacam. Eight hours later, my bird was dead! The Metacam is too much for a little bird. Paco should have been under supervision at the vet. They killed my bird!

Doctor ordered unnecessary blood work on my dog without my permission or knowledge about the cost that resulted in $500 extra charge on top of my $800 bill for examination of dog that has been sick with nausia x1 day. Very disappointed about the lack of transparency and need to do unnecessary procedures just to charge pet owners' extra money.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Beaudet. Both my dogs were in their senior years when we came to her - one diabetic, one congestive heart failure - two very difficult conditions. Dr Beaudet navigated me through those illnesses with them and I am so incredibly grateful to have found her. She is honest, sensible, and truly has the warming presence/bedside manner of someone I could trust to give me an honest, practical opinion. I would absolutely trust her with any future pets.

We where recommended to this vet by friends. We took our senior chihuahua here for an infection in her teeth. It had gotten pretty severe but we didn't know how severe. She was put on antibiotics until we could get her teeth extracted. We knew it was going to be pricey. I spent time getting quotes and knew it would run about 2,000$. My husband got a quote the person he spoke with said the quote was the highest possible amount if they had to pull every one of her teeth. OK. We got the procedure done. It was almost double what we where quoted and made no sense.When my husband asked they said it was worse than what they thought yet they did not have to pull every tooth and he could apply for care credit. No thank you. Its unfortunate my husband let them know that we did not really have the money for this but it needed to be done and asked for them to be straight forward with pricing. The care was fine. Just know there are vets who will provide quality care for less cost and more transparency.

Honestly the best people work here. By happenstance meet Dr. Krause, she saved our 1yo kitty who was very sick and she is now our primary Vet for both cats. Her knowledge, care, and calming energy are unrivaled. Dr Wedly is also fantastic and has often stayed late to help and takes the time to call and provide much needed updates when our kitty had to stay overnight. Everyone who works here truly cares about your pets. They understand that they're family. And on top of caring, they are extremely qualified and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend this team of people enough, they are truly fantastic.

Incredible vet. We got excellent care for our bearded dragon Roland. Dr Krause and Dr Weldy were always so helpful and treated Roland with care. Sadly we had to put him to sleep last week and as difficult as that was Dr Krause and the patient care coordinator were so compassionate and respectful. He was so important to us and our everyday... They both understood that and we will always be grateful for them. Dr Krause went above and beyond. Thank you for everything!
