I have used Gustavo at Pro Green Carpet Clean for almost 5 years and absolutely love using him! Years ago we moved into a home where the previous owners had pets and we contacted Gustavo for help - he was able to work his magic, remove the staining and the smells, and with the enzyme solution, our dog was no longer interested in previously stained area. Prompt, precise, polite and totally professional. They called 20min before the appointment to alert us of their arrival time. We had stains on the carpet that were huge and years old. They cleaned it to mint condition. You would never know there were massive stains there. They restored our carpet to new, as well cleaning the carpet in 1 room, hallway and 2 sets of stairs, allIn less than an hour. They were quick and very effective. We recommend them highly and will call them again!
