At the recommendation of my doctor, I decided to give OsteoStrong a try. I have only had 2 sessions but I can already feel the difference it’s making. I feel stronger and my balance is definitely improving. I’m glad I joined.
It sounded too good to be true - a few minutes of exercise once per week would improve my bone density? After 5 months my doctor repeated my bone density and it had improved 15% taking me out of 'osteoporosis' to 'osteopenia.' I was thrilled. The staff is wonderful, and cannot argue with the results.
I love this place, not only because I’m always welcomed with a smile and greeted by name (I don’t know how they remember everyone’s name!) but all of the staff is extremely helpful, and the place is spotless. The main reason I stop by each week for a treatment is because I have osteopenia and want to do all I can to strengthen my bones. After my first 11 months with OsteoStrong I had a DEXA scan and my scores had improved. I also saw my strength improve. It takes practically no time for the treatment - 5 minutes or less and you don’t get sweaty. Some insurance covers OsteoStrong weight machine, so definitely worth having them check your card to see.
