I have had several sessions with Richard and have made it a point to schedule his treatment on a regular basis. I am extremely active in cycling, running and paddle boarding and maybe punish my body more than I should. Unfortunately I had some nagging issues that just wouldn't go away with traditional medical treatments. I can honestly say that after my 1st treatment I started to see results and some of the pain was relieved. When Richard focused on the other areas I quickly started to see relief there as well. I have extremely high blood pressure due to heredity that has not gotten any better with exercise and better eating. I've been on hbp medicine but it didn't help much. I asked for help from Richard and after 15 minutes my bp went down quite significantly. Richard's touch is assuring and gentle. This is sound medicine in combination with a healthy lifestyle, and I plan to get more treatment until my bp can be stabilized.
