Been going here for years. Usually it takes a while to get an appt, but that doesn't really bother me as I usually don't have serious health problems. Last time I was here, I was told to go to Labcorp for a blood panel to test for an autoimmune disorder. 2 weeks after the blood test, I hadn't heard anything from the drs. I tried calling the offices numerous times for 2 days in a row, and I only got an automated message saying the offices were closed. This was a regular Wednesday and Thursday during the week (not a holiday) and google showed they were open. I decided to drive over to the office since I knew for a fact they weren't closed, and 1. Tell them the phones were down and 2. Try to get my blood results. The receptionist blatantly lied and said phones were working and she's been getting calls all day. I confirmed the number and called the office right in front of her. No phones rang and I got an automated message saying medical offices were closed... She then told me my provider hadn't looked at my lab results yet and she could schedule a phone interview for 2 weeks... that would mean that I wouldn't have any results from my blood test for 4 weeks after going to Labcorp. Seems like an excessive amount of time just to tell me I tested positive for autoimmune issues and they're referring me to a rheumatologist.

Brought my elderly mother to a doctor appointment here during covid times. We both had masks on even though we both didnt have Covid. The staff refused to let me come inside with my elderly mother. Even though this has been my place of primary care for years, and I'm the one who referred my mother here, and I'm the one who drove her there and my mother wanted me to be with her. They refused to let me even sit in the waiting room. They just escorted my mother away from me while telling me I wasn't allowed in. Also when I was the patient here they mailed me via snail mail some strangers medical information. I brought it into their office and said, why are you sending me some other patient's information? Doesn't this violate protected health information and isn't this illegal? They just said oops! We don't know why we sent you that. Which means my information was probably mailed out to the other patient instead, which is totally illegal. Also its usually a 30 min hold time when I call to make an appointment because the girls up front take forever to answer phones. If you need to speak to them in a timely manner you have to drive over. They certainly have room to improve.

Nice dental office, Mrs. Romero is no longer at this location, she was the pediatrician. That's why they lost a star But the dental is still excellent, and local to Lake Forest.
