This is one of the only times I'll ever publish a Yelp review, and it's because Mikki does magic. This is the first time I've had even, non-patchy blonde hair without any banding. Mikki was honest and upfront about the state of my hair and my options which I greatly appreciated. We had to cut off a good portion of my hair because it was so fried and absolutely beyond saving, but it was 100% a necessary sacrifice. Mikki also worked with me endlessly to achieve an end result we would both be happy with. She is the most communicative, honest, and accommodating hairstylist I have ever been to. If there were 10 stars I'd give them all! My hair was becoming so high maintenance from having to cover the gray, then highlight to be the blonde I've been forever. The more gray that came in, the more often I had to cover but, the base was either too dark or washed out to a brassy blonde, which is not flattering on anyone. Mikki invented a technique that blends your gray with highlights, into a beautiful blonde without having to cover, then you only need to maintain it every 3 months! She's brilliant. And as a human being, I feel honored to know her, she's a real one, with a heart that matches her incredible talent.
Mikki is hands down the best hair stylist around. If you can get on her calendar, you are in for such a treat. My hair has been beautiful ever since I found her. She's also a gem of a human and can make hours of styling feel like catching up with a good friend over drinks. 10/10 recommend!!!!
