Sought out apex after a prior HVAC tech from another company couldn’t find our system drain line and tried to overcharge for some basic services. Apex came out the next day, found the drain line immediately, and gave us a much more reasonable quote for some basic services. Things escalated after asbestos was discovered in our home and the work plan required a full abatement with a new HVAC unit and ducting throughout. Apex provided us multiple quotes in different price ranges and was able to install everything in just a couple of days—even worked the weekend to help get us back in our home faster. I would highly recommend Apex for any HVAC servicing! Recently I contacted John to assess my HVAC system, which hadn't been serviced since its installation in 2013. The APEX Tune Up included an inspection of all system components. John was very thorough and knowledgeable, explaining what needed to be done to improve the system's efficiency.
