My condenser fan for one of two ac units was working but no air was flowing inside the house. Called 1st Choice and the technician Jeff showed up on time and diagnosed the problem as the capacitor for starting the blower motor. He replaced the capacitor and inspected both units to make sure they’re in good order, and connected a condensate overflow switch that was left off when the ACs were put in. He did the work neatly, quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely use them again.
So thankful for finding 1st Choice Heating & Air. Best service, Best price, Great customer service. They installed an HVAC system for us last year and just did free check up. We love our new air conditioner and 1st Choice made the process stress free. Thank you.
Appreciated the honesty and straight forward approach of 1st Choice. Was initially told I needed an entire new unit by anothe company. 1st Choice came to provide a quote but recommended doing a full service first. After their service the AC unit is working like new, no new unit needed.
