Underline is a good, professional Solar/roofing company that knows and functions in the industry well. They use modern tools to make the process easier and user friendly like drone images and computer models for pre-visualization. I was in the initial stages and setup with them for a long time because of the City of Colton but they explained everything that was going on and held our hand through the process. When it finally came time to do the roof and install the panels and it was done quickly and efficiently.

James was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was able to fit me in for a next day appointment and get my dryer plug installed in time for the delivery and installation.

I have to compliment Underline Energy Concepts. They are the best. I am naturally wary of solar companies....I know there are companies using shady business practices. First, Sunrun approved Underline for work on my solar system quickly and without questions. That says something right there. More importantly, Underline is HIGH integrity. The owner, Jesse Malone, was terrific....great communication, follow-up, transparency and honesty. And his team is the same way. Chris and Maria took care of all the details and scheduling.
