Today (08/26/2025), I called Alex to check on my AC since was not blowing cool air. It was a hot day. He sent someone on the same day to check it out. It turned out that I had a leak. The person was very professional and patience since finding a leak was not easy. The person finally found and fix it. They filled the Freon back and I am now back on business. The AC is now blowing cool air and seems to be better than I could remember....read full review
I was having issues with the company my home warranty sent out to repair my air conditioner. They basically put a band-aid on my unit, and 2 days later, it broke again. They wanted to come out again and charge me a grip to put another band-aid on it. I called Alex with 72 Degrees HVAC and he sent Eduardo out the next day. Eduardo assessed the situation and told me the best solution would be to replace the unit. I agreed, and Alex immediately ordered a new unit. His crew was out within a couple of days and not only installed the new unit but also cleaned out the AC drain lines and adjusted the ductwork for better efficiency.
