I am the tenant here in this salon suite. I love working here and love helping out with all my clients and every tenant here is wonderful!! Location is very nice right by the freeway. We have customer throughout the Inland empire, even from Newport Beach and San Diego. The place is very clean, easy access, is a beautiful place to work in.

My only experience there was a stylist who after did my hair fell and torn her knee or something. She said they kicked her out due to her condition. I'd love to find someone good there. The place seems clean and welcoming. Shannon Tang was very upset and told me they told her she had to get out and move her stuff out of her booth or room what ever it was.that's been my only experience there but that one visit

I am a tenant at the Lake Elsinore location and couldn't be happier with my move to my own private salon suite. This is a great location and the management made the transfer very easy. I'm thankful!

This company is the worst to rent from! I rented from them for 10 months and had issues with lighting shutting off, constant dirty bathrooms, cockroaches, no trash bin provided by the owner so we had to throw trash in the break room, false promises from the location manager Annie and worst place to rent from. The straw that broke the camels back was the 3 day eviction notice posted on the building that they hadn’t paid the rent in months! The owner and manager both asked tenants to remove the post so we wouldn’t see it! That’s totally illegal! Googled the owners name and he has been sued several times! If I could give 0 stars I would for the way this company runs and the sketchy management and owner.

I judge a company on how it manages things not only when times are good, but especially when times are tough, like during this pandemic. It doesn't get tougher than this. I have to give Optima Salon Suites Upland a big thumbs up for how they are dealing with this pandemic, in regard to their tenants. I own BRS facial spa and have rented space here for the last 2 years. The owners & their team care about their tenants, that's rare. I've been in this industry for over 35+ years, believe me, I know. If you're looking for a place to run your business I highly recommend this place.

Such a pleasure to work with the friendly, attentive management while touring the gorgeous salon suites Optima offers. I highly recommend this group/concept to all independent beauty owners & entrepreneurs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
