He did a great job on our carpets, worked late on a Friday night to have our carpets clean and dry before our big Christmas party. James worked really hard on some very tough stains in our carpet. I appreciated the effort he put into doing a thorough job. I especially like this company because they use natural products that are not toxic or harmful, and they are a family-owned business. I highly recommend!

As a homeowner, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with MacDonald carpet cleaning. With dogs and cats, and high traffic of family and friends, it doesn’t take long for our carpets, rugs, and upholstery to get dirty.
Here’s Jim cleaning our recliner with extra special care, I didn’t realize how dirty it was until they were done, gross! Thank goodness I called them, now they look just like they did when they were brand new.!
While Jim was here, we learned that they use only the best organic ingredients, and he was showing us his state of the art, deep cleaning equipment and how it works. Amazing!
