The cleanest club in town. Totally worth the extra 20 bucks a month. No waiting for machines, and the new Lift room is right up my alley 🙂

Getting rid of the basketball court to satisfy a certain segment of the culture war is just a bad business decision.

The remodel was a disappointment. Mostly machines and a downsized dry sauna.

This place is dead.. read the room.

Please update the bathrooms and locker room. I would rather go home which defeats the purpose of the facilities. Sinks and showers are gross. Not for lack of cleaning , it's just outdated and needed to be replaced. Looks gross. Keep up LA fitness, you're one of the most expensive gyms out here, act like it.

Broken door to workout class room
Poor audio for instructors
Broken cardio machine functions
Staff changes constantly
Very old free weights
Water dispenser tastes bad

The new operations manager they hired since the remodel is disgustingly rude! How do you have such a person working in a customer service role… Do better La Fitness.

WTH is wrong with all these new cable machines?! They suck! They’re only a couple months old and get caught, it’s not a smooth lift. Mind muscle connection gets interrupted.
While I’m at it… only 1 abduction machine?! That’s crazy! It’s one of theeeee most popular machines. And only one row machine! Another popular machine and it’s not a smooth lift, cable is getting caught! Soooo annoyed!

Pilates isn’t done and the upstairs is still unfinished. You Waited to remodel until EOS posed threat, then you do the remodel & reopen, and stop Completing the remodel. No commitment to your faithful members. I’m so annoyed.

This gym has had a renovation and it looks fresh ! The pool is very clean and much appreciated ! I am glad I came to this one today.

Please open earlier on saturdays and sundays, there’s people who needs to work those days and we cannot have a gym early enough

This club insisted I come in person to finish my contract. My contract is paid in full. They want me to come in when we are in the computer age only to upsell me.Its 103 today with bad air quality btw and the club is not even in the town I live in.

I had surgery and missed one month of training sessions. They said I cannot redeem those lost and paid for sessions but I can sign a new contract and pay $55 per session for all my already paid for sessions I missed bc of surgery.

Are you kidding me? Double bill me for services I’ve already paid for. This feels like deceptive billing. Next step is BBB. Then consumer protection bureau and or legal representation.

Unbelievable in this day and age where companies are investing in how to retain customers and clients that the ppl at L.A. Fitness are incredibly rude and unprofessional.

It’s not that hard to be pleasant, honest, and ethical when communicating with your clients. Oh wait……I guess this is just another sad example of how corporate America is making life miserable for ppl.
