Service after the sale is one of the most important aspects of choosing someone to do business with. I contacted Alex at Jade Window Coverings regarding a warranty issue for a shade that was sold by someone else. Service after the sale typically refers to the seller providing good service after the sale, but Alex stepped in to facilitate a warranty repair, even though he did not make the original sale. I will only do business with Jade Window Coverings in the future when it comes to my window covering needs because of the great service I received.
