The minute I walked in needing information for the abrupt passing of my dear friend, I was greeted with compassion and a beautiful smile from Carlos. Carlos was kind and extremely patient. He listened to me, he answered all my questions and was very helpful. I was fortunate to have worked with him and Lisa Krueger who was also terrific. She has a big heart and always made sure all our needs were met. In the midst of the pain, I felt comfort in knowing good people still exist. Joe that works here is amazing at his job. We just lost my brother-in-law and as hard of a process as it was Joe supported my sister-in-law in every way!!! Even in a pandemic and being super busy he took the time and helped her step by step!! Joe you are a special soul!! Thank you!!
