“During the summer, I had planned a vacation. But, the day before my plane flight, I got a severe toothache. My dentist was on vacation. So I found Canyon Lake Dental and asked if they took emergencies. They did. I went in immediately, and these ladies were very efficient. They not only extracted my tooth, but injected my own blood into the cavity where the tooth was, and within two days upon my arrival in Cleveland, Ohio, it was healing faster than I thought. I want to thank them for their compassion and ability to help myself and my wife have a pleasant visit in Ohio.

“Everyone should go here. My experience was excellent. After the initial consultation I needed several thousand dollars worth of work. They help me with the price & financing. Very easy process. After that the office staff booked around my schedule to do all the work. The dentist made sure I felt no pain during the entire 6 hr visit(other than the initial pole of the numbing shots) kept checking with me and took breaks as needed(that long and ur jaw hinges can ache) Now for the main point; after all my visits my teeth were PERFECT. Its so rare these days that someone over delivers on their work but Bright Now in Elsinore did just that. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you.“

“Dr. Phillipe and Dr. Hauser are truly the BEST! The entire office feels like a caring family, making you feel right at home. They treat you with the same care and attention as if you were their own family member. If you are in pain or have an issue, they go above and beyond to get you in the same day. Plus, the office dogs are just the cutest!

Both doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to answer all your questions while genuinely listening to your concerns. I recently got veneers and a new bridge, and the whole process was seamless. Having been born with a cleft lip, I have had many painful dental experiences in the past, but Dr. Hauser and his team—especially Shawna, who has a fantastic eye for cosmetic dentistry—gave me a beautiful smile. They truly understand my journey and have been so supportive throughout.

“UPDATED REVIEWUpon my second visit to this location I remembered we all have bad days so I went in with an open mind!! I was grateful I chose to give this place a second chance!! Doctor was amazing with me and my anxiety issues. He talked calmly and was very gentle! I was so happy I scheduled an appointment for my teen!! Staff was absolutely sweethearts as always!! Great Place!!First I’d like to state that the staff was total sweethearts!! But that’s the only good thing I have to say! I went in with a broken tooth in severe pain the girls that helped me were super sweet and assured me that I was in the right place for someone who has anxiety. Before the dentist came in to see me I heard him discussing my x-rays I heard him tell the girl this is a four hour job I am not dealing with this today just send her to a specialist!! Mind you I’m sitting there with a heating pad on my face I am in so much pain! He walks and tells me my route is completely exposed and he’s going to refer me to a specialist he did give me some antibiotics because my whole jaw line is infected I only know that because the girl who took my x-rays let me know. When I asked him if it was possible to get Tylenol three because ibuprofen does not seem to be helping he laughed at me and I feel like I was treated as if I was a drug addict! Mind you I don’t even drink alcohol so I am extremely far from a drug addict!! This dentist didn’t show me my x-rays didn’t discuss anything of what was going on in my mouth just talk to me for two minutes and 30 seconds while he said I’m sending you to a specialist! I have had this happen before and other dentists usually put in a temporary filling so that the root isn’t completely exposed this way we can wait for the infection to go down and then the tooth can get pulled!! But no this man offered me nothing but ibuprofen some antibiotics and to get out of his office pretty much!! I do not suggest this dentist to anybody!!“
