Accelerated Urgent Care

Got sick on vacation. (Not only out of town but out of state) Found Accelerated Urgent Care by accident. Was at CVS for COVID test they were unable to give. Looked across the parking lot and there was Urgent Care. So glad I went in. They were friendly, helpful and kind. The facility was clean and neat.

I was very happy with my experience. I went in there Saturday morning to get tested for the flu. The doctor, the staff and everyone who helped me out, was super friendly and super nice . This place is professional, and patient and attentive to the patients needs….

Made an online appointment which was straightforward and easy. Upon arrival, I was informed my insurance was not accepted there. The receptionist at the front gave me simple, clear direction in what I needed to do and how to call my insurance company for authorization for an out of network visit. Once approval was faxed over to the urgent care we were officially checked in. Although the wait was long, it's an expected part of an urgent care visit. Dr Dedrick was great with my 7 year old daughter, making her feel at ease. The overall experience was good, not to mention the office was very clean. I would recommend this urgent care based on my experience.
