The Asian lady at the front desk who dealt with me was so pleasant and respectful. The Medical Assistant who took my vitals and questioned me was kind and gentle. The prescriber M. Chalico was caring , understanding and knowledgeable. So very nice to talk to.
We came in and there was about eight other people waiting it only took about 30 minutes to get into a room everybody was very friendly and nice and the doctor was very thorough overall it took about 2 hours which I felt was great considering the amount of people they had to see
I came in there while I was in a lot of pain and I didn’t have to wait too long and the doctors and everyone was so nice and I got all the prescriptions I needed. They were great.
