I have been running a Champion Radiator for 6 years in my truck. The quality is great, the welds are great, and the finish looks amazing. My radiator happened to spring a surprise leak after 6 years. I called the provided phone number and was given an RMA. The customer service was GREAT! I live local to Champion's Lake Elsinore warehouse so I was able to save the shipping and do the lifetime warranty exchange in house. Jordan from the warehouse was extremely helpful with not only exchanging my radiator, but explaining what could've been the cause of the leak. Will definitely maintain doing future business and buying more product with Champion!

I have a 1954 Chevy Resto-Mod and installed a Champion aluminum radiator a few years back. I don’t drive it a lot only about 5K miles so far and I found that the radiator sprung a leak. I sent an email to the customer service and it was answered by Cara. She instructed me to send pictures for review and they determined it was caused by a manufacturer defect. Although the radiator only had 5K miles, it was several years old. Cara worked with her internal team and forwarded my issue to her GM and they agreed to replace it with a new one which I have received!
