They have a very pleasant office staff answering the phones and made the effort to fix my AC problem quickly despite a heavy workload during the recent heatwave. The technician identified and corrected the problem efficiently and patiently explained the modest bill and then went through details on my maintenance contract so I would get the most out out of its benefits.
