Just a great experience from the front check in to the Dr who helped us. They were all so helpful and patient with our questions. They took X-rays and had them read in less than 15 min. It’s the cleanest urgent care I’ve been in.
Dr. Lance (not sure what his last name is) was absolutely incredible. He was so kind, empathetic and thoughtful. It was worth the wait to see him. I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful he was. I hope he reads this and knows how much I appreciate everything he did to make me feel so much better.
This has been our go to urgent care since moving out here 4 years ago. We love how easy the online system is to make an appointment and they see us right away. Even on days where we just show up the wait is expected to be long but we are seen in a timely manner. All the doctors we have seen have been amazing and kind. The facility is always kept clean and smelling nice. We truly recommend this location for urgent care.
