Great in 2017 with kitchen cabinets and drawers, not as great this time with a small job, an L shaped floating desktop, it's supports, 3 corner shelves and 15 ft of custom crown moulding. Rory is enthusiastic, helpful and she cares. Isaias is an artist. Both of them make a great team and take pride in the work. I wish it ended there but we struggle with each other this time. I knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it made and how I wanted to install it. I gave sketches, templates, a finish sample and measurements, not all of which was followed. We wanted to create a new kitchen cabinet for the refrigerator that would also house a pull-out pantry. Rory at Heartwood was prompt to respond to inquiries and after some initial discussion, was able to provide a sketch of the project. I was impressed with her attention to detail, including ancillary issues unrelated to the cabinet itself (making sure we knew to get water and plumbing moved for the refrigerator, taking into account the position of overhead lighting, etc). The project took about three weeks, which matched the estimate given at the beginning. The installation was fast and neatly done and the new cabinet is functional as well as aesthetically pleasing.

The BEST in the business! I found Heartwood online. I sent an email and was quickly contacted by Rory who was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and always responsive. I was given fair pricing for beautiful work and craftsmanship. I ordered several pieces (including floating cabinets, shelving, benches, cabinetry and more). Rory and I worked together to design some pieces to fit my exact needs and everything was done to my specifications. She can do anything! Rory and her team are extremely thoughtful when approaching each project to be sure that function is as much of a priority and aesthetic is. On the day of installation everything ran smoothly and my clients were over the moon with the results!
