I was working as a hairstylist here, and was left very satisfied. The salon was very clean and easy to work in, the managing of the salon suites is also very good, with fast responses and good help in the beginning. I highly recommend.

Wow, never would I have expected such a wonderful experience getting my hair done. My mom passed recently and while I talking with my friends and family on FaceTime I noticed one of my friends had such beautiful hair. She recommended I see Zara. My friend called her shortly after and luckily Zara had a block where she could fit me right in on the same day. I got a trim, highlights, color, and a Brazilian blow out. Sometimes in life it feels like we're starting a new chapter. Right now for me it feels like I'm starting a new book. I'm so thankful for the wisdoms about life and motherhood that Zara shared with me and was totally okay with the fact that I'm still raw with grief. DO NOT RENT A SUITE FROM THIS BUSINESS. YOUR CONTRACT AGREEMENT DETAILS ARE NOT HONORED AND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT IS STOLENI rented a suite for my facial spa business at this franchise location for 6 months. When returning my suite, the leasing manager (Nazzy Yamini) violated CA tenant law by deducting from my security deposit for charges that are illegal to be paid for by security deposit funds. Nazzy refused to have an open dialogue through my disagreement of the charges. She did not honor our signed contract and disregarded my video evidence that documented the condition of my suite from both move-in day and move-out day. Nazzy even submitted a falsified photo claiming to be a damaged wall from my suite. My video proof comparison showed it to be an entirely different wall based on the size of the baseboard. Out of $275, she was only going to return $70. When I communicated with her to contest the charges and shared my video evidence and brought up CA law she disregarded my factual claims and made baseless comments on the condition of the suite not being returned how it was received. Communication with her about this was very immature on her part. I had rights to file a claim and serve her to appear in small claims court but I did not want to waste any more of my time and take time away time from my business and my family. Stay away from this franchise and the entire company (Eternity Optima LLC).

I recently visited optima salon suites of laguna woods and this place is such a beautiful clean salon. Each salon suite reflects the personality of each beauty professional. Laguna woods location has a very nice ambiance and a lobby area where you can relax and wait. Just a perfect little getaway!

One of the greatest experiences I’ver ever had. I got a last minute appointment and visited optima salons in laguna woods. My visit today was AMAZING! I love this location. I Had my first facial today and it was a wonderful experience. The tenants are all warm, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

First suite experience. So far I’m super happy with the Laguna Woods location. I am in suite 29 which is close to the main entrance. Easy access and a great spot to be!
