Tanya Y. Evans M.D. is a highly regarded dermatology practice known for its efficient, friendly, and professional service. The staff, including PA Sanaz Esmaeilian and others, provide excellent care and have made improvements to their processes. Patients appreciate the gentle touch, easy communication, and positive outcomes, such as the removal of a suspicious mole without scarring. The practice comes highly recommended for all dermatological needs.
DO NOT TRUST YOUR FACE TO DR. EVANS. I cannot say this strongly enough.
Had Mohs procedure with her.
1. NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL ABOUT THE CANCER ON MY NOSE. I was only told about it at my next skin check 5 months later.
2. The day of the procedure, I WAITED 2 HOURS BETWEEN 1st AND 2nd ROUNDS.
3. They called me back for the 2nd round. NO NUMBING WAS DONE BEFORE INJECTING MY NOSE WITH 3 MORE SYRINGES OF LIDOCAINE. I WAS SCREAMING AND SHE JUST KEPT GOING! The fact people in other reviews here are saying she is gentle is an absolute joke.

My experience with this clinic was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I called to make an appointment and was initially told they were accepting new patients. Later, I was told the opposite. When I asked why, the response suddenly changed back to “yes, we are.” This inconsistency alone was frustrating, but what followed was worse.
Adrienne, the person I spoke with, was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I was trying to clarify insurance coverage, and she refused to assist. Dr Tanya Evans and staff are a delightful. They were efficient, and great. I would most definitely recommend this doctor and PA Sanaz Esmaeilian. It's my understanding that they have made a few changes and improved their processes.
