I always feel so great after my sweat session. I feel detoxed. I love how hot I can get the sauna. I love the light therapy. I love the clean water machine available to fill my cup with before and after my session. Thank you.

It’s a very clean, relaxing ambience with friendly, professional staff. I miss all the regular girls. Danielle is the only one left and she is always very nice and polite. I love my private space where I can wind down to the soothing sounds of music of my choice. They have a few hiccups along the way, but the owners are fantastic and always correct there mistakes. The sauna is a great detox. Perspire Sauna Studio is very enjoyable.

I Love everything about Perspire!!! It’s addicting! It’s always very clean and run efficiently. The front desk people are friendly. I make all my appointments on their app, which is super convenient and easy to use. I highly recommend checking it out! You won’t regret it!
