I love perspire Laguna Niguel!! It has changed my health dramatically. We are bombarded with toxins daily and this helps me detox on a daily basis. The facility is super clean and the staff is top notch. Joe the manager is so friendly and kind he is also very knowledgeable in health. Joya is also super sweet and always so helpful with my needs. I would definitely book a session , I go five times a week. I have a membership there, best thing I have done for my health!
5 out of 5, each and every time! We were greeted by Kimberly and she was friendly and professional. One of us was trying infrared sauna for the first time and they were very informative and cordial. Staff here has always been great. Facilities was clean and easily accessible. Great way to detox and get a good reset. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Perspire Sauna for two years and really enjoy the experience. The rooms are always clean, easy to book, the manager and staff are nice and accommodating, and my aches and pains usually feel better after the sauna sessions.
