Really crappy place. I had an emergency with my dog and my normal hospital was closed so I went here and wow it was bad. They never called me back on my dogs labs I finally had to track them down and $700 later they diagnosed her with the wrong issue so I had to go to my clinic and pay another $400. Skip this place please do yourself a favor. And please save the generic "I am so sorry for your experience" response. Unless you want to give me my $700 back then we can talk. My dogs name is Charlotte McRae and your people completely dropped the ball.

Banfield Pet on this location are all scams. Do not take your pets here, or any Banfield pet locations, they lie to there customers- they say they treated your pets but there just ripping people off they don't even let you see what there doing to your pet. I took my dog to get treated there for seasonal hives I paid for them to give my dog a shot for the hives and I found they didn't do anything to my dog, one of there employees said they just take in the pets to the back for couple of minutes and then they returned them back to there owners with no treatment what so ever, there a scam.

kaitlyn, a brown curly haired girl and dr maroon are literal scammers. my cat has been urinating blood and i brought him in on july 4th to be seen by dr maroon. i literally left my cat there for hours and they told me they can't do anything and to bring him back. i brought him back july 5th and now they want to charge me incessantly for an extra visit urine test for fluids and ultrasound. are you kidding me? i was told under the discretion of the doctor that i was told it was okay to come back and bring him. now they want to incessantly charge me and risk the health of my cat???!!! ARE YOU KIDDINF ME WHY DISNT YOU DO THIS FROM THE START ITS GOING ON 48-72 HOIRS NOW IF...read full review
