Original meeting with Ken was great. But I didn't receive a call the day before about what time they would arrive. I had to call them. And when they arrived to do the service, I don't believe they had the right tools to do edges of tile for cleaning which they had to do by hand, which look nowhere close to as nice as what the rest of the cleaning on my tile does. I expected a lot more.
Very good work. They pieced together a broken marble top that seemed irreparable. And made a new piece that matched it exactly. So I ended up with two marble top tables! Ken is very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them!
