Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Jerry or his partner. I went to them for help in setting up an S corp, and relied on them for guidance. They were not helpful, or even accessible (constantly not in their office when I had scheduled to meet them). working with Jerry Butler was the biggest mistake I've made in my professional career. Maybe he can help you with taxes, but do not rely on him or his partner for anything else. I wish I never worked with them.
