I really love my nails. They did a great job. But my pedicure was horrible! The technician used cold water, and while he trimming my toe nails he cut me 3 times!! This tech obviously doesn't like their job and didn't want to put any effort because he was mad I didn't get the highest pedicure on the list!! I spent way to much money to have that attitude! I might go back and get my nails done but I won't EVER get a pedicure from this place again ever!

Went for a manicure and pedicure. My fingernails were long and looked great. I didn't know they would cut all my beautiful natural nails short very short. Not happy. Never asked if I wanted cut down. It's very expensive they should've asked my fingers look like stubs and I will not be back. Like going for a trim and getting a buzz cut. My fingers nails look good but I should of been asked if I wanted them cut And don't relax and close your eyes or you'll be sorry.

Honestly, i didn't expect much, but Tracy exceed my expectation. She was very gently and careful and the shape she did was so nice because it wasn't flat on the top like some other places. I came here before but now they updated a few things like they have coffee and tea and the pillows are changed. All the old chairs are changed as well. I would probably come back. I need to make an appointment too because they get really busy sometimes
