I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elena. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout my very first permanent makeup experience. Best place to go for shaded eyeliner. Elena is detailed oriented, patient and precise. She uses quality color pigmentation and when it fades that eyeliner color looks natural and classy rather than those you see on a bad job where the pigment looks blue grey or green. I went back retouch after 4 years, it lasted that long for me……
I also did my lip color with her, so far so good but final result is not out yet as i haven’t gone for my final touch up. Her place is also very clean and sanitary.
